What are Silver Swans?

Silver Swans is the Royal Academy of Dance's programme of ballet classes specifically designed for people over 55. The classes are adapted to be accessible regardless of fitness level or previous dance experience, while still providing all the benefits of ballet.

Kate is a licensed Silver Swans teacher, trained to deliver these specially designed classes safely and effectively.
