About Kate Simmons
Dedikated Ballet School was founded in 2004 by Kate Simmons. All classes are taught personally by Kate, ensuring consistency and individual attention for every student.
Kate is a Royal Academy of Dance Registered Teacher, meaning she has undertaken extensive training and assessment in teaching the RAD syllabus. She is also a licensed Silver Swans teacher, specially trained to teach ballet to dancers over 55.
Kate believes passionately that ballet is for everyone — not just those who aspire to professional careers. Whether you're three years old or seventy-three, a complete beginner or an experienced dancer, you're welcome at Dedikated.

The Royal Academy of Dance
Our classes follow the syllabus of the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD), one of the world's most influential dance education and training organisations. The RAD syllabus is designed to develop strong classical technique alongside artistry and musicality.
As an RAD Registered Teacher, Kate maintains high standards of teaching and regularly updates her training.
